Volunteer missions
Preparation missions
This can correspond to various missions such as distributing posters to stores, putting envelopes, cutting tickets, etc.
Information point – Public information
From the end of March, an information point will be set up in downtown Lyon (in an information chalet located at Place Louis Pradel or directly at the Tourist Office at Place Bellecour). The mission is, in pairs, to inform the public about the festival and its programming.
Assistance to the technical team
Assembly, dismantling or even transport of equipment missions.
Reception and supervision of the public
In the main festival locations as well as in partner locations, we need help for various missions: welcoming and informing the public, ensuring access control, supervising queues, securing reserved spaces, etc.
Bar service
Drink service in one of the festival’s two pop-up bars (City Hall or Palais de la Bourse).
Sale of derivative products
Sale of festival goodies and assistance on one of the two dedicated festival stands (City Hall or Palais de la Bourse).
Transportation of guests
Driving vehicle to transport festival guests (train stations, airport, hotels, conference venues, etc.). Mastery of automatic vehicles and good knowledge of Lyon will be necessary!
Great investigation
Information and orientation of the public of the Great investigation in the city! Distribution and explanation of investigation booklets, flow management, etc.
Photography
For photography students or amateur photographers! Atmospheric and conférences photos from the festival for social networks, the website and other communication media of Quais du Polar.
Iess crew
Since 2022, iess crew ensures the coordination of its team of volunteers made up of more than 350 volunteers, including around forty coming as part of their studies, integration projects, access to autonomy or alternative sentences to prison.
