Beyond the general public image of Quais du Polar, the festival is above all a citizen event hosted by an association and a team very committed to access to reading!

Faithful to its desire to be an event open to everyone, the Quais du Polar festival has decided to create the Quais Solidaires project. The festival increases its accessibility to people with disabilities (PRM, deaf and partially deaf, blind and visually impaired, mental and psychological disabilities, etc.). Various actions have been proposed over the last two years.
