The books running for the 2026 edition - to come
Initiated in 2015, this award is aimed at CM1/CM2 students and rewards a detective novel or album for young people published in the past year.
Between December and February, the young judges from the participating primary schools will discover the five titles in the running during workshops run by the Book Ambassadors, under the wing of the Association of the Student Foundation for the City (Afev). The award-winning author is invited to the festival to receive the Youth Award.

The jury
The schools taking part in the 2025 jury were : l’école Jean de La Fontaine (Lyon 4e), l’école Louis Pradel (Lyon 6e), l’école Françoise Héritier (Lyon 7e), l’école Marie Bordas (Lyon 8e), l’école Louis Pasteur (Lyon 8e), l’école Simone Signoret (Lyon 8e), l’école Léon Jouhaux (Lyon 3e) et l’école Joannes Masset (Lyon 9e).
